We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) using reliable carriers to ensure your pool products arrive safely.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping) – $12.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping) for orders over $50
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our quality pool products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- All original tags and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Algae Control chemicals
- Bromine Tablets
- Alkalinity Adjusters
- Calcium Hardness products
- Any opened or used pool cleaning chemicals

- Return authorization number is clearly marked
- For exchanges, include note specifying replacement item
Return Shipping Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Processing:
- Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges:
