Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Item must include all original tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Algae Control chemicals
  • Bromine Tablets
  • Alkalinity Adjusters
  • Calcium Hardness products
  • Any opened or used pool cleaning chemicals

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Any special return requirements for large pool equipment

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • Item is securely packaged in original packaging
  • Return authorization number is clearly marked on the package
  • For exchanges, include a note specifying the replacement item

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

For returns of above-ground pool equipment (filters, pumps, ladders, etc.):

  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • Additional return shipping fees may apply due to size/weight
