Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Item must include all original tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Algae Control chemicals
- Bromine Tablets
- Alkalinity Adjusters
- Calcium Hardness products
- Any opened or used pool cleaning chemicals

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions
- Any special return requirements for large pool equipment
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Item is securely packaged in original packaging
- Return authorization number is clearly marked on the package
- For exchanges, include a note specifying the replacement item
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once the original item is received
