Once your order ships from our Atlanta facility, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information for either DHL/FedEx (standard shipping) or EMS (free shipping). You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s progress.

We offer two shipping methods tailored for pool products:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 days after processing (ideal for chemicals and urgent needs)
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arriving in 15-25 days after processing (perfect for seasonal bulk orders)

Yes! We proudly serve pool owners worldwide, excluding select Asian countries and remote regions. All international shipments include proper documentation for customs clearance.

Safety is our priority. All pool chemicals are packaged separately from equipment and accessories in compliance with shipping regulations. They’re carefully sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. To be eligible for return:

• Equipment must be in original packaging
• Chemical returns must comply with safety regulations
• Items must be unused and in resalable condition

We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Yes! If you need a different size or model, contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery. You’ll need to return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the replacement.
